| On Saturday, April 23rd emsCharts will be performing a Database Upgrade. There will be an extended downtime lasting 8 hours beginning at 11:00PM Eastern Time. This downtime will affect all emsCharts products.
Mobile and SyncPad users will be able to continue to chart, but not upload charts or download configuration updates until after the downtime has ended on Sunday, April 24th around 7:00 AM ET. We will be requesting that all users log off the site starting at 10:45 PM ET. Promptly at 11:00 PM ET the web site will be unavailable. For additional and updated information regarding this scheduled downtime, please reference the following informational page: emsCharts Downtime Notification April 23-24, 2016 In order to prevent data loss it is critical that all users log out by 11:00 PM ET. Incomplete charts will not be lost as long as users log out of the web site prior to 10:59 PM Saturday, April 23rd. Users will be able to log in and resume charting once the downtime is complete. All emsCharts products will be available after 7:00 AM ET, Sunday, April 24th. ** emsCharts Mobile and SyncPad Users ** You may continue to capture patient records during the downtime; however, you will not be able to upload until the downtime has ended. ** Remote Downloader and CAD Interface Users ** Please restart your interface after the scheduled downtime has ended. Please make sure that your Dispatch Center is aware of this downtime requirement for CAD. |
